My Coaching Approach and Training
I believe that powerful and transformative coaching can only result from working with clients in the context of their whole life - and selves. Everything impacts on you and the results you get, including your personal well being, mindset and beliefs. Thriving in your career and business is an inside-out job and we will focus on whatever you need to move forward and unleash the inspired, rich and gorgeously true you.
My coaching style is creative, intuitive and incredibly empowering. I use coaching techniques primarily, but also integrate NLP and mindfulness principles to provide a truly holistic approach.
I discovered coaching in 2006 and have undergone rigorous training to become an Accredited Professional Coach with The Coaching Academy, the UK’s leading coaching training provider. I also have experience in NLP and continue to invest heavily in my own self-development. My professional background is in recruitment, having worked for a leading city recruitment agency and Fortune 100 company.
